All of our cabins comfortably sleep 2 people. We offer one cabin experience that can sleep 4 guests. All overnight stays are a 2-night minimum and can be booked online. Please send us a note if you have any questions about last-minute availability, accessibility needs, events, or group bookings. Overnight stays start at $279 per night.

Our woodland cabins are perfect for anyone dreaming of escaping the city, taking it slow, and exploring the Bay of Fundy region through Albert County. Designed to allow our guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle, and inspired by Scandinavian ways of living, our cabin experience is made complete by two separate dwellings connected through a tree-covered outdoor living space. You will enjoy a cabin dedicated to relaxation, rest, and rejuvenation - and another built to encourage fresh, delicious mealtimes with a loved one, and reconnection with play, conversation and nature. You may choose a unit that includes an outdoor space outfitted with a hybrid hot tub, but all units offer locally-made Adirondack chairs, and a private deck with a view of the forest that surrounds our resort.

Reservation Fee- We require a 50% deposit at time of booking. A credit card number is required at the time of the booking.

Payment Types- For booking reservations, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa debit, and Mastercard debit. At the resort we also accept debit and cash.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made with fifteen (15) or more days’ notice before the date of arrival will receive a Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort credit in the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking. Cancellations made with fourteen (14) days or less notice before the date of arrival will be charged the total price of the reservation (100% cancellation fee). Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or early departures. Failure to arrive at the resort is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Date Changes- If you wish to change the date of a reservation, it must be done fourteen (14) or more days’ notice before the date of arrival and can be done so by sending an email to hope.wellness.ecoresort@gmail.com. If the rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is less than the original rate, the excess money will be converted into Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort credit. If the rate for the alternate reservation date(s) is higher than the original rate, the balance must be paid prior to departure.

Check-in/Check-out times- Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am and guests are obliged to have vacated the room by this time. Early check-in/Late check-out privileges are subject to availability.

Pets- We have one unit for accommodation rental that is pet friendly. All other units are pet free. Pets must be kept on a leash while outside of the unit and on the resort. Any damages caused by the pet will be treated the same as if the owner caused the damage.

Smoking- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the units. Smoking in a unit will result in cleaning fee of $250.00 that will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Responsibility- We will only accept liability for incidents that arise as a direct result of our proven negligence. This applies to illness, injury and/or death. Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort and/or Fundy Farms Local Harvest cannot be held responsible and for that which we do not have direct responsibility. This includes on the resort property or the surrounding trails.

Breakages and Damages- You will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay at the accommodation. It is your responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to the resort before departure and to indemnify us against any losses, damages or claims made against us.

Loss or Damage- We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please

Behaviour

If in the opinion of our Management your behaviour is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other guests, we reserve the right to terminate your reservation and we shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.

Advanced Reservations- We highly recommend that you reserve your day pass at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available. All day passes must be booked online. Guests will be required to sign a waiver upon booking.

Cancellation Policy- Please give a seven (7) day notice of cancellation to avoid full charge. A credit card number, advanced payment, or gift certificate number may be required at the time of the booking. We do not provide refunds for missed bookings.

Date Changes- If you wish to change the date of a reservation, it must be done twenty-four (24) or more hours in advance and can be done so by sending an email to hope.wellness.ecoresort@gmail.com.

Nordic Lounge Arrival- We recommend that you check in at Nordic Lounge at least 15 minutes prior to any booking you have made. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time as we have to finish our booking on time regardless of time you arrived. With the purchase of a day pass or booking of a unit, you are invited to enjoy the Nordic Lounge before or after your treatment at your own leisurely pace.

Nordic Lounge Etiquette- Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. No photos of guests to be taken in the Nordic Lounge area.

Health Conditions- Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your Nordic Lounge reservation. Contagious disease or skin conditions are asked to refrain from using the Nordic Lounge. Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort is held harmless for any information not provided to us at the time of service.

Weather Policy- No refunds or compensation will be provided if any services at the Nordic Lounge are temporarily closed due to weather conditions.

Cleanliness- In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.

Pregnancy- We recommend pregnant women do not participate in the thermal experience at the Nordic Lounge nor go in the hot tubs.

Loss or Damage- We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

Product Returns- All products for purchase are final sale only.

Gift Certificates- Hope-Wellness Eco Resort gift cards non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Prices- Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.
